Returns?
We apply store credit to 100% of your product purchase price. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer store credit or an exchange. To be eligible for either, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it (including hangtag, etc.). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at orders@someoddpilot.com to return your product and include your order number in the subject of your email.Exchanges?
Exchanges are 100% free for items that are of equal or lesser value. If you need to exchange for the same item in a different size, send us an email at orders@someoddpilot.com with the new size and order number in your email. We will issue you a promo code for the purchase of the new size. A note: our product runs are often purposefully limited. Given this, there is a chance we will not have your requested size in stock. In this case, please use the promo code to purchase other items.

Store Credit?
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your store credit will be sent to you in the form of a promo code. This promo code is valid within a year of the date of issue.
Shipping?
We process and ship items in the order that we receive between 10 am - 5 pm CST, Monday - Friday. Please allow 1 - 3 days for processing of orders to be completed. Transit times listed at checkout are for after the shipment has left our studio. We aim to process items with expedited shipping upgrades the same day if placed by 1:30 PM. If an order contains a pre-sale or backordered item the shipment of your order will be delayed until all items become available.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
